Design Services of Edible oil Refinery, India
Project scope was to develop design of full Edible oil plant in AutoCAD Plant 3D including smart P&ID’s. This also includes review of GA drawings of equipment’s and share nozzle orientations, development of piping specifications, piping fabrication isometrics, review of 3D Model with client in 30, 60 & 90 stage gates. Addition to that As Built 3D Model also has been developed for the scope.
Plant RO Water and Chemical Dosing Modification, Canada
This project was to develop engineering solutions of existing utility modifications by adding new RO Skid, RO reject water skid, addition of new 4000 Gallons RO Water tank including modifications in chemical dosing systems. This scope includes smart AutoCAD Plant 3D Model with 2D extractions of drawings and Bill of Materials for procurement.
Piping Fabrication Isometrics, India
Project scope was to develop piping fabrication isometrics based on smart 3D Model provided by Client. Admin Engineering has supported to develop and modify the project admin part as well to extract isometrics from software itself as per custom requirements. Piping Isometrics were issued within short notice as per site fabrication requirements.
3D Model Development in E3D & Stress Analysis, USA
Scope of this project was to develop 3D Model based on P&ID and other inputs provided by Client. Also, based on 3D Model, stress analysis has been performed with submission of report to Client. Additionally, Admin Engineering has provided support to develop custom library and specification in E3D as per project requirement.
Design Services for Chemical Industry, USA
Overall scope of piping engineering services from 3D modelling to final isometrics delivered for checmical plant in SP3D. Software database modifications as well performed. Review of 3D model along with client has been done. Piping stress analysis also has been performed along with final shop fabrication drawings submissions.
